Welcome… My name is Sonny Miles, MD. I am a healer, writer, speaker, yoga teacher, spiritual seeker, nature lover, and coach. My journey has woven together years of experience in medicine with a lifelong exploration of a wide range of modalities of healing—yet this work is not medicine. It’s something deeper. It’s not about diseases, diagnoses, or supplements. It’s about wellness in its truest form—how we live, how we show up, and how we create a life that feels nourishing and meaningful.
I guide women who have spent their lives striving, achieving, and holding everything together—helping them shift from doing to being, from seeking to trusting, from surviving to truly living. This is about reconnecting to yourself, learning to honor your own needs, and feeling into your own value and worthiness—not because of what you accomplish, but because of who you are.
If you are ready to stop chasing and start deeply living, welcome. You are in the right place.

Coaching
This isn’t self-improvement. It’s self-remembrance.
The work we do together is rooted in a powerful idea: that your life can become the very thing that heals you.
This coaching work is rooted in the belief that your life is the medicine. Not the hustle, not the fixes—but the way you breathe, move, rest, relate, and choose what matters. Together, we slow down and listen. We tune in to the deeper rhythms of your body, your heart, and your soul. This is a space to reclaim your own wisdom and learn to live in alignment with it. Through honest reflection, gentle guidance, and grounded practices, we explore what it means to feel whole—not someday, but now, in the life you’re already living. This is not about becoming someone else. It’s about coming home to yourself. It’s about honoring and loving who you are.
When women work with me, they begin to feel more grounded, spacious, and alive. They learn to listen to their bodies with compassion instead of criticism, to set boundaries without guilt, and to move through life with more clarity and ease. They stop outsourcing their worth and begin to trust their inner wisdom as a reliable guide. Often for the first time in a long time, they feel deeply connected—to themselves, to what matters most, and to a vision of life that feels not only possible, but deeply true. This work doesn’t add more to your plate—it helps you reshape the plate entirely.
